George Washington University graduate art student, Marie Warren, teaches an art appreciation class to fourth and fifth grade students at TheVIEW Campus each week.

WMSG's Modern Dance
Club was among a number of club's which showcased their activities at WMSG's
Annual Extended Day Program's "Extravaganza!"


At left, 6th grade students listen to one another's words at a special
"publishing party", a part of the VOICES program, which goes beyond the
language arts classroom in both its focus on the social and emotional growth
and development of our students and its engaging reach to families and
caregivers. The program is designed to promote literacy, values, and
prevention, and is a unique and meaningful blend that will take our students
to higher levels of reading, writing, and thinking, and engage them in
critical discussions of their own development and connection to the world
around them.

WMSG received a new "makeover" at the VIEW Campus from the Christ Child Society- fresh paint, new furniture, and supplies- plus lots of hard work!
